El carácter autónomo del municipio no garantiza siempre un relevante grado de independencia, por ello es necesario analizar su estructura en función del marco constitucional y legal, y la relación que puede tener con la sociedad. | English abstract | One of the relevant aspects in the analysis of municipal management is the valuation of its autonomy.
