| Spanish abstract | La citación de artículos en la producción científica es un indicador de calidad importante como se demuestra en los primeros momentos del artículo. Posteriormente se aborda el análisis de la citación en las tesis de doctorados en pedagogía de la Universidad de Matanzas en el período del 2017 al 2019 a través del uso del método de análisis documental. Los resultados obtenidos se organizan en forma de tablas y gráficos que permiten ilustrar las dificultades encontradas en las tesis. Posteriormente se contrastan los resultados obtenidos con otras investigaciones. |
| English abstract | Citation of articles in scientific production is an important quality indicator as demonstrated in the first moments of the article. Subsequently, the analysis of the citation in the doctoral theses in pedagogy of the University of Matanzas in the period from 2017 to 2019 is addressed through the use of the documentary analysis method. The results obtained are organized in the form of tables and graphs that allow illustrating the difficulties found in the theses. Subsequently, the results obtained with other investigations are compared. |
