| English abstract | A training intervention study on the preconceptional reproductive risk was carried out in the office No. 3 of the University Polyclinic "Dr. Emilio Daudinot Bueno "in the period January-December 2011 with the aim of modifying knowledge and behaviors of women with preconceptional reproductive risk. The population consisted of 271 women at risk, taking a simple random sample of 72. The contribution was the design of the training program, the same was applied and the samples were selected and surveyed. It was found predominance in the group of ages of 15-19 years, the biological factor was the hypertension and the obstetric risk was the low weight at the birth. The women used the following contraceptives: condoms and birth control pills. After the intervention, 100% of the sample reached the expected knowledge. |
| Spanish abstract | Se realiza un estudio de intervención capacitante sobre el riesgo reproductivo preconcepcional en el consultorio No. 3 del Policlínico Universitario "Dr. Emilio Daudinot Bueno" en el período enero-diciembre de 2011 con el objetivo de modificar conocimientos y comportamientos de las mujeres de riesgo reproductivo preconcepcional. La población estuvo constituida por 271 mujeres de riesgo tomándose una muestra aleatoria simple de 72. El aporte fue el diseño del programa de capacitación, el mismo se aplicó y se encuestaron las muestras escogidas. Se encontró predominio en el grupo de edades de 15-19 años, el factor biológico fue la hipertensión y el riesgo obstétrico fue el bajo peso al nacer. Las mujeres usaron los siguientes anticonceptivos: condón y tabletas anticonceptivas. Luego de la intervención el 100 % de la muestra alcanzó los conocimientos esperados. |
