| English abstract | The aim of this article is to argue how the cultural historical approach of Vygotsky guides for the development of clinical skills to apply comprehensive health care to adults in the general practitioner in initial formation. Bibliographic inquiries concerning the subject are made, and the documents governing this process in a career in medicine are reviewed. This approach provides guidance for the development of this skill, because it allows consideration of the general practitioner in initial training as productive and transforming subject, developed through processes that taxed the approach to the reality of medical practice through joint activity and communicative and collaborative interaction in diverse contexts-performance training. This approach allows us to understand the apprehension of the above skill allows the GP future professionals to solve problems that will face after graduation. |
| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de este artículo es argumentar cómo el enfoque histórico cultural de Vygotsky sirve de guía para el desarrollo de la habilidad clínica aplicar atención médica integral al adulto en el médico general en formación inicial. Se hacen indagaciones bibliográficas referentes al tema, y se revisan los documentos que rigen este proceso en la carrera de medicina. Este enfoque sirve de guía para el desarrollo de dicha habilidad, porque permite la consideración del médico general en formación inicial como sujeto productivo y transformador, que se desarrolla a través de los procesos que le tributen el acercamiento a la realidad de la práctica médica, mediante la actividad conjunta y la interacción comunicativa y colaborativa en la diversidad de los contextos de formación-actuación. Este enfoque permite entender que la aprehensión de la antedicha habilidad le permite al futuro médico general resolver los problemas profesionales que se enfrentará una vez graduado. |
