| Spanish abstract | Este trabajo contiene la tesis de que el iusnaturalismo clásico constituyó, desde sus mismos inicios, y continúa constituyendo hoy día, la fundamentación más adecuada de la desobediencia civil y de la objeción de conciencia. Para ello presenta un panorama de esta posición iusfilosófica, analizando los puntos de vista de sus principales autores. Se llega a la conclusión que, frente a problemas concretos de defensa de los derechos fundamentales, siempre se recurre a la noción de justicia, aún en las posturas analíticas más fuertes |
| English abstract | The classic iusnaturalism constituted from its beginnings, and continues constituting nowadays, the most suitable foundation of the civil disobedience and the objection of conscience. This is the thesis contained in this paper and in order to sustain it, a panorama of this iusphilosophical position is presented by analyzing the points of view of its main authors. The conclusion achieved is that, in front of the human rights defense concrete problems, it is always resorted to the justice notion, even from the strongest analytical positions |
