| Spanish abstract | La obra del hombre que percibió claramente los problemas de la pedagogía del siglo XX e intentó tomando todos los riesgos requeridos, darles la solución que según él, sería la necesaria para la formación del niño en un circuito natural obstruido por la educación escolástica, en una atmósfera en la que el pensamiento y la vida son los elementos principales. Su mayor contribución pedagógica la constituyó su visión del niño, del trabajo y de la sociedad como elementos indisociables y complementarios en el contexto educativo: “El trabajo intelectual, decía Célestin Freinet, es completamente equiparable al trabajo práctico y manual”. Es pertinente considerar que en el plano educativo, ya no basta que un individuo acumule al comienzo de su vida una reserva de conocimientos a los puede recurrir sin límites hasta el resto de sus días, sino que por la rapidez de cambio y la obsolescencia que experimenta el conocimiento en la sociedad globalizada, se debe estar en condiciones de actualizar permanentemente lo adquirido en los primeros estadios de la educación formal; sólo así podrá profundizar y enriquecer ese primer saber y adaptarse constantemente a las nuevas realidades. Finalmente, se concluye indicando que la herencia educativa de Freinet ha perdurado a través del tiempo y hoy más que nunca continúa vigente. Por esta razón, este autor marca un hito en la educación y actualmente es una de las figuras más importantes en cuanto a su aportación ideológica de crear una escuela para el pueblo |
| English abstract | The work of the man who clearly perceived problems of the pedagogy of the twentieth century and tried taking all the risks required to give them the solution according to him, it would be necessary for the formation of the child in a circuit natural obstructed by the scholastic education, in a atmosphere in which thought and life are the main elements. His greatest contribution was his vision teaching the child labour and society as inseparable and complementary elements in the educational context: "The intellectual work, said Celestin Freinet, is completely comparable to manual and practical work". It is pertinent to consider that the educational level, is no longer enough for an individual to accumulate at the beginning of his life a reservoir of knowledge can resort to unlimited until the rest of his days, but by rapid change and obsolescence experiencing knowledge in the globalized society, we must be able to continuously upgrade the acquired in the early stages of formal education; only this will deepen and enrich the first to know and constantly adapt to new realities. Finally, it concludes that the legacy of educational Freinet has endured over time and today more than ever remains in force. For this reason, this author is a milestone in education and is currently one of the most important figures in terms of their ideological input to create a school for the people |
