| Spanish abstract | En el orden internacional se dedica especial atención a la problematización de la preparación de los tutores. La universidad cubana precisa recontextualizar la figura del tutor desde una doble perspectiva: pedagógica y psicológica. Los tutores de Educación Artística en la Universidad “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas necesitan una preparación teórico-metodológica integral, problemática enfrentada por esta investigación con el objetivo de validar un sistema de talleres para su preparación, potenciando el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Su implementación perfeccionó la relación tutor-tutorado en los procesos sustantivos de la Universidad, demostrando eficacia y pertinencia |
| English abstract | This article is the result of a research project of the Center for Studies on Labor Education of the University of Holguin, which devoted its attention to solving the problem of the inclusion of labor training in the teaching and learning process of Higher Education. It aims at presenting an epistemological analysis on the development of the concept of job training, using theoretical and empirical methods, analysis and synthesis and logical historical methods. The creation of a theoretical reference is the most significant result of this work |
