| English abstract | Modern history is particularly interested in the position occupied by consumers and entrepreneurs in the market and as its consequence, States have been evolving in the way they intervene markets. The analysis of the constitutional principles for consumers' protection shows the powers and instruments that State and citizens have in order to make that protection effective and enforceable.
