| Spanish abstract | Se presentan mapas de pérdidas estimadas para la infraestructura de salud, de educación, de comunicaciones y transportes y de vivienda en pobreza en México ante sismos y huracanes. Para estimar el riesgo por sismo o huracán se cuenta con un sistema de cómputo que toma en cuenta por un lado la ocurrencia de todos los eventos posibles y sus diferentes variantes, y por otro, las características de las construcciones. Los resultados de este sistema son estimaciones probabilísticas del daño en las estructuras (escuelas, hospitales y viviendas) e infraestructura (carreteras y puentes). Estos mapas permiten conocer las zonas de mayor riesgo para la infraestructura antes mencionada por sismo y huracán en el país |
| English abstract | We present losses maps for the infrastructure of health, education, communications and transports and housing in patrimonial poverty in México subjected to earthquakes and hurricanes. To estimate the risk due to such hazard scenarios, a computation system that takes into account, in one side, the ocurrence of all posible events and its different variants, and in other, the characteristics of the constructions is employed. The results are probabilistic estimations of damage in structures (schools, hospitals, housings) and infrastructure (highways, bridges). The obtained maps allow us to know the riskiest areas for the above infrastructure by earthquakes an hurricanes in the country |
