English abstract | The skin and its annexes are the largest organ of the economy that allows contact with the external world and represents the main barrier of the body’s defense against harmful agents. There is a constant balance between microorganisms and the host through a symbiosis. Currently, the usual bacterial population or bacterial flora is called “cutaneous microbiome”, and the loss of its balance can provoque the disproportionate development of non-usual microorganisms, giving rise to a cutaneous infection. The most important bacteria and those involved in skin infections are Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes |
