| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo examina la posición de los acuerdos pre y posmatrimoniales en el ordenamiento jurídico chileno, en orden a establecer si, dados los cambios sociales y jurídicos acaecidos en los últimos decenios, es posible considerar que las posibles objeciones de orden público respecto de dichos acuerdos han desaparecido o, al menos, se han debilitado; y en consecuencia, si ellos pueden ser actualmente celebrados válidamente |
| English abstract | The present paper discusses the position of pre-and post-marital agreements in the Chilean legal system, with the view of conclude if, taking in account the social and legal changes of the past decades, the public order objections, that they have traditionally faced have been removed or, at least, weakened, in a scope, that allow them to be currently validly celebrated |
