| Spanish abstract | Este artículo aborda los problemas que afectan la definición de la noción de interés general y su interrelación con la libertad individual y otros valores. Los autores apuestan por el rescate de la noción de bien común para dotar de una fisonomía coherente la idea de interés general que más se aviene con el criterio de justicia equitativa. Finalmente, valora las implicaciones del reconocimiento en Cuba del interés general como criterio axiológico aplicable a la interpretación de los contratos y traza algunas pautas para su mejor aplicación al proceso de inteligencia contractual |
| English abstract | This paper addresses the problems that affect the definition of the notion of general interest and its interrelation with individual freedom and other values. The author is committed to the rescue of the notion of common good to provide a coherent face the idea of general interest that is more consistent with the criterion of fair justice. Finally, it assesses the implications of recognition in Cuban of general interest as an axiological criterion applicable to the interpretation of contracts and draws some guidelines for its better application to the contractual intelligence process |
