| English abstract | Sports practitioners are always reminded that the activities carried out, even if empowering with certain physical contacts, must always respect the physical integrity of the other participants under penalty of liability, even if the deliberate intention of attacking and/or injuring a third party is absent, when, despite not being the result sought, such a risk is undertaken with acts that are disproportionate to the sport, thus causing damage to others as well as the responsibility to repair such a fact, based on the provisions in the Brazilian law |
| Portuguese abstract | Aos praticantes de esportes vale sempre relembrar que as atividades desenvolvidas, ainda que autorizadoras com certo contato físico, devem sempre respeitar a integridade física dos demais participantes, sob pena de responsabilidade, ainda que ausente a intenção deliberada de atingir e/ou lesionar terceiro, quando apesar de não ser este o resultado perseguido se assume tal risco com atos desproporcionais ao esporte, trazendo assim danos a outrem bem como a responsabilidade de reparar tal feito, embasado no que tange as leis do direito brasileiro |
