| Spanish abstract | Los principios procesales informadores del Derecho procesal agrario moderno están concebidos para lograr la concepción de un proceso agrario moderno. El desarrollo de la oralidad, la inmediatez, la concentración, la identidad física del juzgador, la publicidad, el impulso procesal, los amplios poderes del juzgador, la gratuidad, la buena fe y la lealtad procesal son, entre otros principios, el eslabón fundamental para el logro de una pronta y eficiente administración de justicia a través un proceso más humano. El estudio de estos principios es el objetivo fundamental del presente artículo, con el fin de reflexionar sobre la necesidad de revertir los efectos de la no incorporación en la normativa procesal agraria cubana de los principios procesales modernos que enarbola la teoría del proce-so agrario y contribuir a diseñar una justicia agraria protectora de los mismos |
| English abstract | The informative procedural principles of modern Agrarian Procedural Law are conceived to achieve the conception of a modern agrarian process. The development of orality, immediacy, concentration, physical identity of the judge, publicity, procedural impulse, broad powers of the judge, gratuity, good faith and procedural loyalty, are, among other principles, the fundamental link for the achievement of a prompt and efficient administration of justice through a more humane process. The study of these principles is the fundamental objective of this article, in order to reflect on the need to reverse the effects of the non-incorporation in the Cuban agrarian procedural regulations of the modern procedural principles that the theory of the agrarian process raises and contribute to design an agrarian justice that protects them |
