| Spanish abstract | Este trabajo pretende incursionar, de un modo introductorio, en la cuestión de los límites entre Literatura e Historia, en tanto disciplinas que pretenden conocer y dar cuenta de nuestra realidad latinoamericana, y más precisamente, demostrar que la relativación de ese límite (tenso), en nuestro continente, no emana sólo de una moda epistemologíca postmoderna, sino que tiene que ver también con los contenidos propios de una historia marcada por conquista española. | English abstract | The question of the limits between literature and history as disciplines is a problem that takes on certain charectiristics within the American context.
