| English abstract | This study relates the experience of the INTEGRARE Project and the result of the partnership between the State Public Health School Professor Francisco Peixoto Magalhães Netto (EESP) and the State Center of Reference in AIDS (CREAIDS). The objective of the study was to contribute to the improvement of institutional integration, according to the organizational restructuring of the Department of Health from the State of Bahia, which united the reference centers for DST and AIDS. This consisted of meetings between the technical teams of EESP and CREAIDS. It included three work modules, the first phase included coordinators, the second workers (six groups), and the third, evaluations with representatives from all groups. The methodology utilized included Problem solving and a theoretical-experimental approach, which enabled the analysis and discussion of the National Health System (SUS). It also allowed for the reflection of ethical and related aspects of professional practice. This study enabled a broader approach between directors, coordinators, and workers, as well as a reflection about the actual organizational period, in the context of SUS. The continuation of the project is recommended, with the objective of involving the maximum number of workers and, therefore, strengthening the collective identity of the new center, contributing to its effectiveness in SUS |
| Portuguese abstract | Este trabalho relata a experiência do Projeto INTEGRARE. É fruto da parceria entre a Escola Estadual de Saúde Pública Professor Francisco Peixoto de Magalhães Netto (EESP) e o Centro de Referência Estadual de AIDS (CREAIDS), com objetivo de contribuir para maior integração institucional, em função da reestruturação organizacional da Secretaria da Saúde do Estado da Bahia (SESAB), que unificou os Centros de Referência em DST e em AIDS. Constou de reuniões entre a equipe técnica da EESP e do CREAIDS e de três módulos de trabalho — o primeiro com coordenadores, o segundo com trabalhadores (seis turmas) e o terceiro de avaliação com representantes de todas as turmas. Utilizou-se da metodologia da Problematização e de abordagem teórico-vivencial, que possibilitou a análise e discussão do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), além da reflexão sobre aspectos éticos e relacionais da prática profissional. O trabalho proporcionou maior aproximação entre Diretoria, coordenadores e trabalhadores, e a reflexão sobre o momento atual da organização, contextualizando-a no SUS. Sugere-se a continuidade do Projeto com a finalidade de envolver o máximo de trabalhadores e, com isso, fortalecer a identidade coletiva do novo Centro, contribuindo para a sua maior efetividade no SUS |
