| Spanish abstract | Discutir el modo en que los derechos humanos son puestos en marcha por actores globales que son capaces de hacerlos explícitos y realizables en el marco de un horizonte simbólico donde el derecho a tener derechos y el derecho a cuestionar el derrecho, abre la posibilidad de llevar a cabo un ejercicio de acción política dirigida a actualizarlos. Dos cuestiones serán discutidas en este sentido, el universalismo interactivo de Seyla Benhabib y, el papel de la acción política de actores globales, llevada a cabo mediante iteraciones democráticas desarrolladas por diversos activistas que producen una re-articulación entre la política y la ley, colocando los derechos humanos en el registro arendtiano del “derecho a tener derechos”, a la vez que visibilizan una crítica radical a la idea universal de los derechos humanos que los vuelven irrealizables en el mundo presente |
| English abstract | Discussing the way human rights are implemented by global actors who are able to make them explicit and achievable within the framework of a symbolic horizon where the right to have rights and the right to question the law exist opens up the possibility of undertaking an exercise of political action designed to update them. Two issues will be discussed in this respect: the interactive universalism of Seyla Benhabib and the role of the political action of global actors, developed through democratic iterations that re-establish the link between politics and law, placing human rights within the Arendtian register of the “right to have rights”, while providing a radical critique of the universal idea of human rights that makes them impossible to achieve in today’s world |
