| English abstract | Among the contents covered in Biology we have Entomology, which seeks to conduct the study of insects, their characters and their relevance in the environment. The present work aimed, through a participantresearch, to understand the entomological perception of high school students of through the Didactic Sequence, which allowed us to work on the theme in a more dynamic and instigating way. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations, with students from two classes of the third year of high school and held classes that addressed the theme insects through various didactic modalities. Given the results obtained, it was noted that students began to better understand insects and theirfunctions in nature, thus moving away from anthropocentric concepts and starting to view these invertebrates in a more ecocentric way, aiming at harmonic interaction between species, especially The human. It was noticed that through the adopted methodology, it was possible to expand concepts, integrate knowledge and promote a more dynamic and meaningful learning |
| Portuguese abstract | Dentre os conteúdos abordados em Biologia temos a Entomologia, que procura realizar o estudo dos insetos, seus caracteres e sua relevância no ambiente. O presente trabalho objetivou compreender a percepção entomológica que os dos alunos do Ensino Médio apresentam ao estudar essa temática. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de questionários e observações, com alunos de duas turmas do 3º ano do Ensino Médio, além de serem realizadas aulas-encontros que abordavam o tema insetos mediante várias modalidades didáticas. Diante dos resultados obtidos, notou-se que os alunos passaram a compreender melhor os insetos e suas funções na natureza, afastando-se assim de conceitos antropocêntricos e passando a encarar estes invertebrados de forma mais ecocêntrica, visando a interação harmônica entre a espécies, especialmente a humana. Percebeu-se que através da metodologia adotada, foi possível ampliar conceitos, integrar saberes e promover uma aprendizagem mais dinâmica e significativa |
