| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo trata sobre responsabilidad extracontractual y toma como objeto de análisis un caso real que no quiere ser revisado por el Gobierno boliviano, desde la perspectiva de la responsabilidad, puesto que él mismo adquirió carga por culpa sobre un accidente aéreo de una nave y que, con el evento fatídico provocado, involucró a tres países: Bolivia, Colombia y Brasil; este último como principal afectado puesto que los pasajeros que fallecieron en el accidente eran de dicha nacionalidad. | English abstract | The present work deals with extra-contractual liability taking a real case as an object of analysis, a case that does not want to be reviewed by the Bolivian Government, from the perspective of responsibility, since it acquired a fault charge on an aircraft accident of a aircraft that should’ve never taken off from a Bolivian airport and that, with the provoked fateful event, three countries, Bolivia, Colombia and Brazil as the main affected, since the passengers who died in the accidents are of said nationalities, the work is concluded by pointing to our opinion to the guilty party of this harmful event.
