| English abstract | In the present article of investigation will be made an approximation to the complex figure figure of the temporary union of companies in the Spanish legal order. Starting from the presentation of its concept, it will analyze its civil, commercial, administrative and financial regulation, as well as the main pronouncements of the European and Spanish courts on the same. |
