| Spanish abstract | Este trabajo busca analizar el ritual del maithuna tántrico segmentan - do sus unidades sintácticas y estudiando la concepción del ser humano desde el tantrismo. Se sustenta en las teorías del rito de Finol (2009) y trabajos de Le Breton (2002), Magli (2002), entre otros. Se concluye que en el maithuna, el cuerpo es objeto de un lenguaje multisensorial, y un microcosmos destinado a unirse con su contraparte biológica como dos seres, que se conectarán con el cosmos en un acto de amor a través del ritual. Igualmente, introduce una temporalidad que rompe con la cotidianidad y con la naturaleza primitiva de los actantes |
| English abstract | This research analyzes the tantric maithuna ritual, segmenting its syn - tactic units and studying the concept of the human being from the viewpoint of tantrism. It is based on the theories of ritual by Finol (2009) and the works of Le Breton (2002), Magli (2002), and others. Conclusions are that in the maithuna, the body is the object of a multisensory language and a microcosm destined to unite with its bio -logical counterpart as two beings that will connect with the cosmos in an act of love through ritual. It also introduces a temporality that breaks with the everyday and primitive nature of the actors |
