| Spanish abstract | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las consideraciones sobre el uso del ARS en el estudio de redes sociales generadas a partir de la información y la comunicación, definiendo ventajas, desventajas y retos que se presentan. Se consideraron los aportes de autores como Mathias (2012), Rodríguez (2005), Ricaurte y Ramos-Vidal (2015), Rogers (2018), Trejo (2015) entre otros. Entre las consideraciones finales, se precisa que la noción de red en las plataformas valida, teórica y prácticamente, el uso del ARS y se constituye como un elemento común tanto en el método como en estas plataformas digitales, lo que puede abrir campos novedosos para otros estudios. Esta convergencia metodológica y teórica se enarbola como un recurso válido y objeto de constantes mejoras, ya sea en el ámbito técnico (mediante los softwares) como en el comunicativo y el social |
| English abstract | This research aims to analyze the considerations on the use of ARS in the study of social networks generated from information and communication, defining advantages, disadvantages and challenges that arise. The contributions of authors such as Mathias (2012), Rodríguez (2005), Ricaurte and Ramos-Vidal (2015), Rogers (2018), Trejo (2015), among others, were considered. Among the final considerations, it is specified that the notion of a network in the platforms theoretically and practically validates the use of ARS and constitutes a common element in both the method and these digital platforms, which may open new fields for other studies. This methodological and theoretical convergence stands as a valid resource and the object of constant improvements, both in the technical field (through software) as well as in the communication and social sectors |
