| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es reconstruir los fundamentos teóricos de la teoría neoliberal, así como los aspectos ideológicos que de ella se derivan. Los temas abordados son la supuesta necesidad de la economía de mercado, papel del Estado y los sindicatos, importancia de la ley, regulación de precios y salarios, sistemas de seguridad social, y justificación a los monopolios privados, entre otros. | English abstract | The objective of this work is to reconstruct the theoretical fundamentals of neo-liberal theory, as well as the ideological aspects which derive from it.
