| Spanish abstract | México es un país en el que existen diversas religiones, sin embargo, en su historia ha luchado por separar al Estado de la Iglesia Católica, por ello el Estado Mexicano acoge y protege el derecho de libertad de culto, recoge la laicidad y lo eleva a principio constitucional, con lo que no sólo se deslindó al Estado de la Iglesia Católica sino también de las demás religiones del país, respetando así la creencia religiosa de sus ciudadanos e impartiendo educación laica en las escuelas. Así, surge el presente trabajo para afianzar la libertad de culto no sólo en la educación sino también en los procesos electorales, dándonos un panorama vital de su respeto en la vida política de la Nación |
| English abstract | Mexico is a country with several religions, however, during its history it has struggled to separate the State of the Catholic Church, that’s why the Mexican State recognizes and protects the right to freedom of worship, and recognizes the secularism as a constitutional principle, delimiting the State not only of the Catholic Church, but also of the other religions of the country, respecting the religious beliefs of its citizens and providing secular education schools. So, the present study it’s made to secure the freedom of worship not only in education, but also in the electoral processes, giving us a fundamental picture of its respect in the political life of the Nation |
