| Spanish abstract | El contenido de este artículo se ha denominado la Operatividad de la Reforma Laboral que entró en vigor el 1o de diciembre del año 2012 mediante el decreto que reforma, adiciona y deroga diversas disposiciones de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, al contenido de la reforma que sería la nueva legislación con la que se impartiera justicia del trabajo se le dio una amplia publicidad por parte del órgano del Estado donde se privilegia que su contenido tenía como propósito encontrar mecanismos que favorecieran la competitividad y productividad de los centros de trabajo para lo cual se introducían instituciones muy novedosas que por modernas le eran atractivas a la población mexicana por lo que se hace necesario hacer un estudio oportuno de estas una vez que hemos experimentado el tiempo necesario para constatar su operatividad o bien insistir en una modificación integral de la justicia del trabajo oportuna y moderna |
| English abstract | The content of this article has been called the Operation of the labor reform which came into force on 1 December 2012 by decree amending, adds and repeals several provisions of the Federal Labor Law , the content of the reform would be the new legislation in which labor courts are imparted was given wide publicity by the state body where it favors its content was intended to find mechanisms that improve the competitiveness and productivity of the workplace for such institutions, for which very new modern and attractive institutions were introduced to the Mexican population so it is necessary to make a timely study of these once you’ve experienced the time to verify their operation or insist on a comprehensive amendment of timely and modern justice work |
