| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se hace un análisis de la situación que guardan los derechos humanos de las mujeres en el estado de Chihuahua y se enfoca principalmente en los avances y carencias en materia de armonización legislativa, para lo cual propone una definición de este proceso. Intenta explicar por qué es necesario hablar de "derechos humanos de las mujeres" aunque los derechos humanos, en general, tienen carácter de universalidad y, por ende se deberían aplicar por igual a mujeres y hombres, sobre todo a partir de la "Declaración de los derechos humanos, aprobada por la ONU en 1948. Las principales conclusiones del artículo son que: el Estado debe tomar las medidas tendientes a eliminar cualquier forma de violencia o discriminación hacia las mujeres, mediante un eficaz proceso de armonización legislativo y que también está obligado a instrumentar las medidas necesarias para atender, sancionar y erradicar la discriminación y la violencia en cualquiera de sus tipos y modalidades |
| English abstract | This article makes an analysis of the actual situation about the human rights of women in the State of Chihuahua and it focus on the progress and gaps in the field of legislative harmonization, proposing a definition of this process. The intention is to explain, why is necessary talk about " Women Human Rights" even the human rights in general have an universally character and, thus it should be apply as equal for women and men, after all beginning from the " Declaration of the Human Rights approved by the ONU in 1948. The main conclusions of this article are: The state has to take efficiency tendencies to eliminate any form of violence or discrimination against women, thru an efficiency process of legislative harmonization which is also obligated to take all the necessary tools to attack, penalized and eradicate the violence and discrimination in any of its forms or modalities |
