| Spanish abstract | El presente estudio tiene por objeto evaluar, con base en los criterios emitidos por el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF), la regulación prevista en la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales (LGIPE), y en la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales del Estado de Durango (LIPEED), para garantizar la paridad en la postulación de candidatos a legisladores federales y locales, respectivamente. Para cumplir con lo anterior, en primer término se analizarán los criterios más sobresalientes que ha emitido el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, en materia de equidad de género, a partir de la sentencia denominada anti juanitas. Posteriormente, con base en lo antes expuesto, se realizará una valoración del contenido de la legislación secundaria, con el objeto de verificar si se cumplieron con los criterios mínimos tendentes a cumplir con la paridad de género, emitidos por el TEPJF |
| English abstract | The aim of the present study is to evaluate, on the basis of the criteria issued by the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF), regulation provided for in the General Law of Electoral Institutions and Procedures (LGIPE), and in the Act of Electoral Institutions and Procedures of the State of Durango (LIPEED), to ensure parity in the nomination of candidates for federal and state legislators, respectively. To comply with the foregoing, in the first term will be analyzed the criteria most outstanding that has issued the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, in gender equality, from the judgment called anti juanitas. Subsequently, on the basis of the foregoing, there will be an assessment of the content of the secondary legislation, in order to verify that it met the minimum criteria designed to comply with the gender parity, issued by the TEPJF |
