| Spanish abstract | A través de los tiempos la salvaguarda de los derechos del ciudadano ha sido una constante en todas las vertientes jurídicas y sociales. La búsqueda por el bienestar humano es guiada por la evolución de las normas que los rigen. En el presente estudio se aborda lo relativo a la protección de los derechos político electorales del ciudadano, particularmente en la concepción actual del estado de Chihuahua. Se revisarán también las instituciones que revisten y salvaguardan estos derechos, para entonces proyectar el panorama de lo que le espera a esta entidad en el rubro bajo análisis, todo esto derivado de la reforma al artículo 36, párrafo tercero, de la Constitución Política del Estado de Chihuahua |
| English abstract | Over the time, safeguarding the rights of citizens has been a constant in all legal and social aspects. The search for human welfare is guided by the evolution of standards that rules them. In this study it is discussed with regard to the protection of political-electoral rights of citizens, particularly in the current conception of the state of Chihuahua. Institutions that cover and safeguarding those rights will be inspected, and then Project the picture, what lies ahead for this organization in the area under this analysis, all this resulting from the amendment to article 36, third paragraph, of the Political Constitution of the State of Chihuahua |
