| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo se desarrolla en tres capítulos, el primero relativo a los presupuestos del control constitucional pleno que asiste a los juzgadores de amparo; el segundo, en el que se abordan algunas semejanzas y diferencias entre el control de la regularidad constitucional ejercido en los medios de control de la constitucionalidad y el llevado a cabo en la jurisdicción ordinaria; y, el tercero, en el cual se precisan las especies o tipos de control de la constitucionalidad de normas generales que puede desarrollar actualmente el juzgador de amparo, tanto los derivados de la legislación que rige este juicio constitucional, como los que tienen su origen en el artículo primero, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos |
| English abstract | The following article is divided into three chapters, the first one is related to the budget of the Plenum of the constitutional control which helps the judges of legal protection; the second chapter in which are some similarities and differences between the constitutional regularly control exercised in the media of control of the constitutionality and the one held in the jurisdiction courts; and , the third one in which the species or types of control of the constitutionality of general rules can actually be developed by the judge of legal protection, such the derivatives legislation that rules this constitutional judgment, and the ones which have their origin in the first article of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States |
