| English abstract | Due to the lack of bibliography found in the Spanish language about methodological matters in the art history discipline; this article is targeted to art history students. It is therefore, didactic. Its main goal is to highlight Wölfflin’s importance within the historic-artistic methodologies context, and to explain, as simple as possible, the basis of his method. I am obviously trying to draw, with this purpose, the academic environment in which this great Swiss professor was formed |
