| Spanish abstract | El artículo analiza la presentación de la teoría de la nueva ley natural, en el desarrollo del filósofo chileno Alfonso Gómez-Lobo. En particular, se considera la referencia directa de este autor, en la caracterización de las estrategias prudenciales de cuidado y respeto. En ellas, el autor indica que estas estrategias prudenciales serían equivalentes a las normas afirmativas y negativas, a las normas que obligan acción y omisión, y a los principios de beneficencia y no maleficencia, respectivamente. El objetivo de este escrito consiste en mostrar si es efectiva o no la relación entre las pautas de cuidado y respeto, esto es las normas señaladas anteriormente |
| English abstract | The article analyzes the presentation of the theory of the new natural law, in the development of the Chilean philosopher Alfonso Gómez-Lobo. In particular, it is considered the direct reference of this author, in the characterization of prudential guidelines of care and respect. In it, the author indicates that these prudential guidelines would be equivalent to affirmative and negative norms, to the norms that oblige action and omission, and to the principles of beneficence and nonmaleficence, respectively. The objective of this paper is to understand if the relationship between the guidelines of care and respect is effective or not: the norms indicated above |
