English abstract | This paper shows antagonist attitudes concerning concepts related to the teacher researcher, reflective teacher and action research. It presents findings on qualitative researches, suggests methodological and political criteria for teachers to develop researches about their classes, schools and continuing education. It advocates the need to debate the challenges of the teacher researcher and to build connections between researches done by teachers and improvement of education |
Portuguese abstract | O texto expõe atitudes conflitantes diante conceitos associados ao professor pesquisador, professor reflexivo e pesquisa-ação. Indica limites para essas pesquisas qualitativas, sugere critérios metodológicos e políticos para professores desenvolverem pesquisas sobre suas salas de aula, suas escolas e sobre educação continuada. Defende a necessidade de debater os desafios do professor pesquisador e cerrar fileiras para articular pesquisa do professor e melhoria da educação |
