| English abstract | The study of faunal remains allows us to know the s ubsistence, the paleoecology, and the formation of archaeological s ites. This knowledge is obtained by the zooarchaeologist through the identi fication of taxonomic, anatomic and taphonomic caracteristics of the remai ns.
