| Resumen en inglés | The specific purpose of the research is the design of a digital guide aimed at teachers, to promote the intercultural integrating axis in the Valera Municipality of Trujillo State. Theoretically, the research is based mainly on the theoretical bases of Piaget and that of Vygotsky (1979), UNESCO (2005), Cabero (1998), Ferrer and García (2000), Andara (2010), CRBV (1999), Coll and Martí ( 2001) among others. The methodology corresponds to a projective research, with field design, the type of descriptive research. The population consisted of 27 teachers from the five Bolivarian high schools in the Valera municipality of Trujillo state, specifically social science teachers. The results issued show that there are no pedagogical tools that successfully develop teacher training, which allowed the construction, design and execution of a program model, for the training and updating of educators belonging to the General Secondary Education level, from of the use of ICT, oriented to the development of new alternatives that are available in the Venezuelan educational perspective of the 21st century. |
| Resumen en español | La investigación tiene como propósito puntual, el diseño de una Guía digital dirigida a docentes, para fomentar el eje integrador interculturalidad en el Municipio Valera del Estado Trujillo. Teóricamente la investigación está fundamentada principalmente por las bases teóricas Piaget y la de Vygotsky (1979), UNESCO (2005), Cabero (1998), Ferrer y García (2000), Andara (2010), CRBV (1999), Coll y Martí (2001) entre otros. La metodología corresponde a una investigación proyectiva, con diseño de campo, el tipo de investigación descriptiva. La población estuvo conformada por 27 docentes de los cinco liceos bolivarianos del municipio Valera del estado Trujillo, específicamente docentes de ciencia sociales. Los resultados emitidos demuestran que no existen herramientas pedagógicas que desarrollen con éxito la formación docente, lo cual, permitió la construcción, diseño y ejecución de un modelo programa, para la capacitación y actualización de los educadores pertenecientes al nivel de Educación Media General, a partir del uso de la TIC, orientado al desarrollo de nuevas alternativas que se disponen en la perspectiva educativa venezolana del siglo 21. |
