| Spanish abstract | Objetivos: Analizar, a la luz de los principios del humanismo, la importancia de la participación y compromiso del personal de salud en el desarrollo de la conciencia de los usuarios sobre su condición de salud y enfermedad y la forma en la que se involucran en sus procesos mórbidos. Se ofrecen argumentos sobre el momento histórico por el que atraviesa la humanidad y las condiciones de desventaja en que grandes sectores de la población llevan a cabo sus procesos de socialización y reproducción de la vida material. Este fenómeno requiere de la transformación de todos los sectores que intervienen en la vida social y de la voluntad férrea de cada hombre y mujer que los constituyen. Conclusiones: Se exponen argumentos reflexivos, propuestos por la filosofía existencial, como fundamento central para el análisis de los contenidos y modelos de abordaje de temas prioritarios en el ámbito de la salud |
| English abstract | To analyze at light of the principles of the humanism, the participation and commitment importance of the personnel of health in the development of the conscience of the users on his condition of health and disease. The historic moment by which the humanity crosses and the conditions of disadvantage are the arguments for great sectors of population that carry out their processes of socialization and reproduction of the material life. This phenomenon requires a transformation of all the participant sectors in the social life and also the will of each man and woman that integrate them.
