| English abstract | This reflection regarding the possibilities of scientific production in the classroom, motivated by propositions of the need of socialization and the role of the University and of the professor in the learning process of the student, is confronted with what is usually known as scientific production. Taking the most common practical difficulties that prevent students and professors from engaging in the production of knowledge, it presents in a clear way, directed specially to those who recently entered the University, the necessary steps towards the construction of knowledge. It shows that the stages of scientific research – choice of theme, bibliographical revision, analysis and data interpretation and final report – need to be articulated through reflection and that this is done in a more effective way through writing, which is supposed to interlace the entire course of the investigation to then materialize itself as a scientific production |
| Portuguese abstract | Esta reflexão sobre as possibilidades da produção científica em sala de aula, motivada por proposições sobre a necessidade de socialização do conhecimento e o papel da universidade e do professor no aprendizado do aluno, confronta-se com o que se entende usualmente por produção científica. Partindo das dificuldades práticas mais comuns que impedem alunos e professores de se engajarem na produção do conhecimento, apresenta, em linguagem clara, direcionada principalmente aos recém-ingressos na universidade, os passos necessários à construção de conhecimento. Mostra que as etapas da pesquisa científica – escolha do tema, revisão bibliográfica, análise e interpretação dos dados e relatório final – precisam ser articuladas através da reflexão e que esta se realiza de forma mais efetiva através da escrita, que deve perpassar todo o percurso da investigação para se materializar enquanto produção científica |
