| Spanish abstract | El contexto educativo muestra condiciones desfavorables en torno a la concepción de ambientes educativos. Las carencias en los conocimientos y habilidades para apreciar el arte en el personal que trabaja en esta enseñanza devienen elemento causal. El artículo tiene como objetivo socializar el sistema de talleres de apreciación artística dirigido a los profesionales de la educación preescolar, en función de asegurar niveles de preparación, que contribuyan al adecuado diseño de ambientes de educativos. El proceso investigativo se realizó desde un estudio experimental durante el curso escolar 2015- 2016. La población de estudio está conformada por 16 educadoras y 6 auxiliares pedagógicas; en total, 22 trabajadores docentes. La muestra es heterogénea, pues existen diversos niveles de instrucción. El diagnóstico aplicado indicó que se reconoce la necesidad del diseño de adecuados ambientes educativos, pero se carece de preparación para lograrlos. La aplicación de los talleres evidenció una mejora en el nivel de preparación de las docentes para el diseño de adecuados ambientes educativos |
| English abstract | The educational context shows unfavorable conditions related to the conception of educational environments. The deficiencies in the knowledge and skills to appreciate the art in the personnel who work in this teaching become a causal element. The article has the objective to socialize the artistic appreciation workshops system addressed to preschool education professionals, in order to ensure levels of preparation, which contribute to the proper design of educational environments. The research process was carried out from an experimental study during the academic year 2015-2016. The study population consists of 16 educators and 6 pedagogical assistants; in total, 22 teachers. The sample is heterogeneous, since there are different levels of instruction. The applied diagnosis indicated that the need to design adequate educational environments is recognized, but there is a lack of preparation to achieve them. The workshops seek to consolidate the links between theory and practice through reflection, in accordance with the goal of achieving the design of appropriate educational environments. The application of the workshops showed an improvement in the level of teachers’ preparation for the design of appropriate educational environments |
