| English abstract | The Technical Education and Professional is a subsystem of the national net that exercises a vital importance for the industrial and technological development of the country; this it provides the youths all the abilities from the theoretical and practical point of view to face the productive processes and benefit of the population's services. To fulfill the integral formation of the youths that you/they enter the polytechnicians it is unavoidable to form educational that they respond to the demands that it demands the current society, but reality has it demonstrated that more and more it diminishes the entrance to the day courses of the pedagogic careers in the university. Being this institution the responsible one of looking for new integration options and cooperation between both educational levels to guarantee the entrance and continuity of studies of the technical means in the pedagogic careers of the technical branches. For what your hey intend some integration roads that it contributes to the professional orientation from the first year that the student traffics in the polytechnicians to guarantee the deficit in the initial formation in the pedagogic careers. |
| Spanish abstract | La Educación Técnica y Profesional es un subsistema de la red nacional que ejerce una vital importancia para el desarrollo industrial y tecnológico del país; esta proporciona a los jóvenes todas las habilidades desde el punto de vista teórico y práctico para enfrentarse a los procesos productivos y prestación de servicios de la población. Para cumplir con la formación integral de los jóvenes que ingresan a los politécnicos es ineludible formar docentes que respondan a las exigencias que demanda la sociedad actual, pero realidad ha demostró que cada vez más disminuye el ingreso a los cursos diurnos de las carreras pedagógicas en la universidad. Siendo esta institución la responsable de buscar nuevas opciones de integración y cooperación entre ambos niveles educativos para garantizar el ingreso y continuidad de estudios de los técnicos medios en las carreras pedagógicas de las ramas técnicas. Por lo que se proponen algunas vías de integración que contribuya a la orientación profesional desde el primer año que transita el estudiante en el politécnico para garantizar el déficit en la formación inicial en las carreras pedagógicas. |
