| Spanish abstract | Este artículo imagina una nueva agenda de investigación de políticas públicas en y desde América Latina, en la que el campo de investigación acompañe y legitime: i) la construcción de sostenibilidad en el territorio y de seguridad ambiental planetaria, ii) los múltiples niveles de gobierno en diferentes aspectos particulares y coyunturas históricas específicas de América Latina, y iii) el proceso emancipador del movimiento indígena latinoamericano y el consiguiente reconocimiento constitucional de los derechos colectivos de los grupos étnicos. Más allá de llegar a respuestas concluyentes, se dialoga con base en ciertos instrumentales analíticos para motivar a otros investigadores a trabajar en una agenda que se apoye en Morin y el giro de colonial, a fin de que estas actividades científicas contribuyan a desarrollar una visión democrática, de identidad y conciencia planetaria, y de mayor dignidad humana e igualdad política. Para este fin se requiere producir conocimiento transdisciplinar, pensamiento heterárquico y conocimientos híbridos que recuperen saberes subalternos |
| English abstract | This article imagines a new public policy research agenda in Latin America, in which the research field accompanies and legitimizes (i) the construction of sustainability in the terri-tory and of planetary environmental security; (ii) multiple governance levels on differing and particular aspects and historical circum-stances specific to Latin America; and (iii) the emancipatory process of the Latin American indigenous movement and the resulting cons-titutional recognition of collective indigenous rights. Going further than the procurement of conclusive answers, a dialogue is put forward, based on certain analytical instruments, to mo-tivate other researchers to work on an agenda based on Morin and the decolonization turn, so that these scientific activities can contribu-te to the development of a democratic vision of identity and planetary consciousness, of a greater human dignity and political equality. To achieve these ends, it is necessary to gene-rate transdisciplinary knowledge, heterarchical thinking and hybrid knowledge that recovers subordinate wisdoms |
