| Spanish abstract | En este ensayo se desarrollan ocho tesis sobre los Derechos Humanos desde el punto de vista de la teoría crítica. El texto comienza con un apartado introductorio que sitúa al lector dentro del marco teórico de la teoría crítica y explica por qué se ha vuelto necesario un estudio crítico de los Derechos Humanos. Más tarde, se van desarrollando una a una las diferentes tesis, con el objeto de dejar en claro no solamente los aspectos que, desde el punto de vista epistémico, político o jurídico sean endebles de los Derechos Humanos, sino también para mostrar la génesis y el potencial de algunos aspectos de estos derechos |
| English abstract | This essay presents eight thesis on Human Rights from the perspective of the Critical Theory. First, it frames the theoretical frame of Critical Theory as such and points out the urge to study the Human Rights from a Critical perspective. Afterwards, each thesis claimed is treated in order to show how, from the perspectives of Politics, Epiatemology or Law studies, Human Rights have certain weaknesses and to show their genesis and the potential of many aspects of these rights |
