| Spanish abstract | La finalidad de nuestro ensayo es aproximarnos al fenómeno de la inmigración desde un planteamiento socio-fenomenológico, con el fin de tematizar los conceptos de "frontera", "hogar" e "inmigrante". Para ello, nos serviremos de algunas tesis y pronunciamientos de Alfred Schutz donde se abordan los conceptos de "inmigrante" y "frontera", pues su comprensión sobre la geografía humana parte de ciertas premisas donde las subjetividades construyen los mapas simbólicos y no los trazos cartográficos |
| English abstract | The aim of our paper is to address the problem of immigration from a socio-phenomenological approach, in order to criticize the concepts of border, home and immigrant. Therefore, we shall consider the notions of immigrant and border as argued by Alfred Schutz, taking advantage of such concepts as immigrant and border from a different perspective, where the subjectivities are interpreted as symbolic maps not based in cartographic information |
