| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se comentan las tesis que presenta Alan Arias en "Tesis sobre una teoría crítica de los Derechos Humanos". En primer lugar se contextualizan tales tesis sobre el fondo de la idea de "lucha igualitaria" de Marx. En la segunda parte se exploran los elementos socioculturales en los Derechos Humanos, dentro de los que son destacados, principalmente: 1) los comportamientos culturales basados en perspectivas clasistas, racistas e individualistas 2) el papel de los intelectuales y los héroes y 3) las instituciones de transmisión cultural |
| English abstract | This article is a commentary on the thesis that Alan Arias presents in his "Thesis on a Critical Theory about Human Rights". On the first place those thesis are contextualized on the basis of the Marx idea of "egalitarian struggle". On the second part, the author focuses on the socio-cultural elements of Human Rights, especially in three: 1) cultural conducts based on classist, racist on individualistic perspectives, 2) the role of intellectuals and heroes and 3) institutions of cultural transmission |
