| Spanish abstract | En toda organización humana se dan relaciones inherentes a su estructura y funcionamiento; una de ellas es la trilogía Derecho-Poder-So-ciedad. Esta relación garantiza, dentro de un sistema democrático, que el Estado de Derecho responda a las necesidades propias de la existencia humana. El papel por desplegar de esta trilogía responde a la vinculación necesaria y armónica de codependencia entre los diversos actores invo- lucrados. La investigación aborda la temática como vinculaciones equi- libradas hacia aquellas necesidades que tiene el ser humano de que el de- recho, el poder y la sociedad les garantice el desarrollo pleno de los De - rechos Fundamentales, de manera que cualquier desequilibrio o interfe - rencia de índole distinta a su naturaleza, traerá como consecuencia que el sistema político entre en tensión |
| English abstract | Every human organization has relations inherent to its structure and function; one of these is the trilogy law-power-society. This rela - tionship guarantees, in a democratic system, that the rule of law responds to the needs of human existence. The role to be played by this trilogy of law, power and society responds to a necessary and harmonic connection of co-dependence among the diverse actors involved. This research ap - proaches the trilogy as connections balanced toward the needs human beings have that law, power and society guarantee the full development of their fundamental rights, so that any lack of balance or interference of any kind different from its own nature will cause the political system to enter into tension |
