| English abstract | The article establishes a set of comparisons between narrative and the-matic aspects of the Cantar de Mio Cid, and literary compositions of the European cultural context, from Byzantine and Turkish epics, or Icelan-dic Sagas, to Beowulf and Irish epics. Neighbouring conceptions of the medieval epic heroism are analyzed, which contribute to characterize it differently from its ancient cognates |
