| Spanish abstract | 2013 fue nombrado por las autoridades estatales “año de la modernización del servicio público de transporte colectivo en la zona metropolitana de Querétaro”. Nuestro interés se centra en comprender las tensiones que se crean con la instrumentalización del proyecto de modernización y las disputas que se gestan alrededor de los ajustes en los arreglos políticos y productivos que reorientan y reorganizan la producción de servicio. Expondremos los marcos discursivos y analizaremos la transformación de las relaciones sociales que intervienen en la producción y el consumo del servicio de transporte público |
| English abstract | State authorities named 2013 the year of the modernization of the public collective transportation system in the metropolitan area of Queretaro. Our interest focuses on understanding the tensions produced with the implementation of this modernization project and the disputes that arose concerning the accommodation in political and productive arrangements that redirected and reorganized providing the service. After presenting the discursive framework, the paper analyzes the transformation of social relations that intervened in the production and use of public transportation services |
