| Spanish abstract | Enel presente reporte de investigación se abordó el constructo Cultura Emocional con el propósito de develar los estados de ánimo que subyacen en el discurso de los docentes del Instituto Pedagógico de Barquisimeto, entendiéndose por ello la emocionalidad que vive en el trasfondo desde la cual se realizan las acciones.La investigación de carácter cualitativa, se desarrolló desde el paradigma interpretativo con un diseño metodológico etnográfico. Se derivaron los estados anímicos delResentimiento,Resignación,Aceptación y Aspiración. Las conclusiones enfatizan la necesidad de reconocer la cultura emocional y a los estados de ánimo como manifestación incuestionable de la realidad de una Institución, ya que le otorga identidad, al convertirse en una base sólida para la construcción de lo social |
| English abstract | In this research, the construct “Emocional Culture” is studied in order to unveiling the moods that underlie in the discourse of teachers from the Instituto Pedagógico de Barquisimeto, understood as the emotional states from which individuals perform their actions. The interpretative paradigm with an ethnographic design was used to develop the research. The resulting emotional states were the following: Resentment, Resignation, Acceptance and Aspiration. The conclusions emphasize the need to recognize the emotional culture and the emotional states as unquestionable expression of the reality of an institution, as they enhance its identity which constitutes itself as solid basis to the construction of the social |
