| English abstract | The study considers a brief comparative analysis of the system education in Law in Argentina and Brazil, taken as reference the work of the professor Jorge Mazzinghi (h) of the University of Buenos Aires and the Catholic of Argentina. It refers to bibliographical research, adopting itself as analytical method the deductive one. According to the results, it was concluded that the ingressantes pupils in the Argentine Colleges in Law possess better cultural and academic formation, and besider considering initial, that neither an examination and of ingression in the legal career are demanded like it occurs here in the Bar Association of Brazil - OAB. the Brazilian system, still keeps certain imbalance with regarded to the Argentine are |
| Portuguese abstract | Este estudo propõe fazer uma breve análise comparativa dos sistemas de ensino de Direito ministrados na Argentina e no Brasil, tomando como referência o trabalho do professor Jorge Mazzinghi (H), da Universidade de Buenos Aires e da Universidade Católica da Argentina. Trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica, adotando- se o método analítico dedutivo. Com os resultados obtidos, concluiu-se que os alunos ingressantes nas Faculdades de Direito argentinas possuem melhor formação cultural e acadêmica, considerando-se ainda que não se exige um exame vestibular, e, posteriormente, o de ingresso na carreira jurídica, como ocorre aqui, na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - OAB. Nesse sentido, o sistema brasileiro ainda está em defasagem com relação ao argentino |
