| Spanish abstract | La risa como un componente esencial en la comunicación y expresión de las emociones del ser humano, ha sido elemento de interés en estudios que buscan interpretar los benefi cios que tiene la misma en la salud; por lo cual, se realiza una revisión del tema con el objetivo de analizar los diferentes efectos que tiene la terapia de la risa en la salud y su importancia en la implementación como terapia coadyuvante en el ambiente intrahospitalario, siendo un componente esencial en la recuperación del individuo tanto en la salud como en el aspecto psicosocial, disminuyendo el estrés generado por el ambiente intrahospitalario no sólo en la población pediátrica si no también en la adulta |
| English abstract | Laughter as an essential component of communication and expression of human emotions, has been an element of interest in studies that seek to interpret the benefi tsthat have the same health, therefore, we review the matter with the to analyze thedifferent effects of laughter therapy on health and its importance in the implementation as adjunctive therapy in the hospital environment, being an essential component in the recovery of the individual both in health and in the psychosocial aspect, reducingstress generated by the hospital environment not only in the pediatric population but also in the adult |
