| Spanish abstract | El siguiente trabajo se ha divido en tres segmentos: el primero responde a la intervención del Estado en la modernización de Tlaxcala en la última década del siglo XIX; dicho análisis despliega las ideas del gobernador Próspero Cahuantzi y los proyectos progresistas de Porfirio Díaz que impactaron en la entidad. La segunda etapa expone el desgaste de las infraestructuras por el mal uso de los revolucionarios; como recta final se presenta el rumbo que tomó la entidad a partir de los años 20 del siglo XX. Con este trabajo se pretende enfocar: 1. Que la modernización en Tlaxcala es un proceso de larga duración dirigida por un Estado “paternalista” que se reflejó a finales a siglo XIX y principios del XX. 2. Y las vías de la modernidad progresista pueden apreciarse en la infraestructura y grupos de poder que se generan a su alrededor |
| English abstract | The following piece of work it has divided in three sections: the first one belongs to the intervention to state in the modernization of Tlaxcala to last decade XIX century; that analysis displays the ideas of the governor Próspero Cahuantzi and the progressive projects to Porfirio Díaz that they had a profound impact on state. The second stage set out deterioration of the infrastructures because of bad use of the revolutionary people; and finally it represents the course that the state took since the 20’s of the XX century. This work focuses on: 1. That modernization in Tlaxcala is a long duration process direct by a “paternalist” State that it was manifested to the ends of XIX century 2 And the progressive process of modernity can appreciate at infrastructures and the groups of power that generate around them |
