| Spanish abstract | El género Doryopteris J. Sm. está representado en nuestro país por 7 especies, de las cuales 5 se encuentran en la provincia de Tucumán, en el pedemonte, y en los bosques montanos inferior, subropical (“selvas”) y montano superior, entre 500 y 2400 msnm. En el marco del Proyecto Pteridaceae, que tiene como objetivo la caracterización anatómica del esporofito de las especies que habitan en el NOA, se estudió a Doryopteris lorentzii (Hieron.) Diels. El material fue recolectado en El Sunchal, y en el Río Cajón, Dpto. Burruyacu (Tucumán); ejemplares de referencia fueron depositados en el herbario LIL. Se utilizaron técnicas anatómicas convencionales. Se calcularon índice estomático, índice piloso, tamaño de estomas y de tricomas. Se realizó por primera vez la anatomía del esporofito y se describe la presencia de tricomas glandulares en lámina y pecíolo. Los resultados muestran que esta especie es hipostomatica, presenta tres tipos de aparatos estomáticos: polocítico, anomocítico y diacítico, de 50,22 μm, x 38,91 μm, índice estomático 8,86, tricomas glandulares formados por un pie y una cabeza unicelular, tanto en el pecíolo como en la lámina. El pecíolo muestra diferencias en la distribución de los tejidos conductores y mecánicos en toda su extensión |
| English abstract | The genus Doryopteris is represented in Argentina by 7 species, 5 of which are found in the province of Tucumán, in the pedemonte, subtropical montane forests, and upper montane woods, between 500 y 2400 m.s.n.m. This fern was studied in the frame of the Project Pteridaceae, which is proposed the anatomic characterization of the sporophyte of the species which are growing in the province of Tucumán. The material was collected at El Sunchal and Río Cajón, Burruyacu Department, Tucumán. Reference samples were deposited in LIL. Conventional anatomic techniques were used. The stomatic and trichome index, size of stomata and trichomes were numerically calculated. For the first time the sporophyte anatomy was studied. The presence of trichomes in lamina and petiolo were described. The results showed that this species is hipostomatic, and that it presents 3 types of stomata, polocytic, anisocytic and diacytic, 50,22 μm x 38,91 μm, Stomatic index 8,86. Glandular trichomes with an unicelular foot and a head in the petiole, as well as the blade, were reported. The petiole showed differences in the distribution of the tissue along its length |
